Where does this store ship from?

This store is based in Toronto, Canada. All orders are shipped from this location.

When do you ship out your orders?

I ship out orders every Tuesday. If you ordered just a day after my shipping day, the order will have to wait until the next week to be shipped.

In addition to the initial order confirmation e-mail, you will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail right after your order has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because I am based in Canada, shipping to within Canada is the fastest, and not so fast to the USA. It takes about 1-3 weeks for orders to reach Canadian / USA destinations, and anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks for international orders.
Sometimes by a strobe of bad luck, items may become held back for custom checks or local post offices, and generally shipping issues that are beyond my control, in which case it may take up to 3 months for an item to arrive.

Do your shipments include tracking? What shipping services do you use?

Everything in this store is sent through Canada Post or USPS. Books do not come with tracking because with Canada Post, that is an extra $10 regardless of what the item is per my understanding. Prints are shipped through USPS so tracking may become available in the future for those.

How long will it be until you can release the next publication?

I estimate about a year for each publication to be completed. However as I develop shorter and smaller works (for example, short stories), they may appear more frequently.

Will you be able to sign the books I purchase?

Yes, I personally sign all book products that are purchased through me unless you tell me not to.

Can I buy your publications at conventions you attend?

Certainly! But because these books are so heavy, I will only bring a very limited amount to each convention. So if you would like to do so to save shipping, try to find me early in the convention so that they don't sell out.

Can I find your publications in local bookstores?

Currently my books are self published, so the only way to purchase them is through me in this store. I will work hard to make them available in bookstores in the future.

Do you ever plan on selling prints here as well?

Prints are difficult to manage due to my location and high shipping costs. For prints of all sizes, try my DeviantART print store (:

What about charms and other small merchandise?

I plan on making those available when I get more of them made.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. In the very rare case of a lost shipment due to post office mishandling or due to bad shipping address provided I also cannot provide reimbursements due to the fact that it is not my mistake.
